Savannah Newcomers Club (SNC), our city’s oldest active club for women established in 1949, celebrates its 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee this year. Over the last 7 decades, 550+ members drawn from corporate business leaders, professionals, educators, and retired military veterans have worked tirelessly to enrich our community, the city of Savannah.
Our President Connie Hiott’s vision to commemorate the occasion will highlight the SNC’s momentous accomplishments through the years with a fabulous luncheon and donations to three charities that focus on helping women. These include: Tharros Place, Safe Shelter, and the Parker House at Union Mission.
Our Sponsorship committee is working tirelessly to bring this vision to fruition. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to offset luncheon costs and provide for our charitable donations.
